Dada Saheb Palke award winner Kavi Pradeep was a renowned poet, who is best known for his patriotic song "Aye Mere Watan Ke Logo" which he penned as a tribute to the soldiers who had died defending India during the Sino-Indian War.
This song is from the movie NASTIK made in 1954 and directed by IS Johar, music by C. Ramchandra known as Chitalkar in Maharashtra and sung by none other than the Kavi "Pradeep" himself.
