As today being Maha Shivatatri the song which comes to my mind immediately is this song from the movie "Thiruvilayadal" in Tamil made in 1965 and sung by the "Queen of Indian Stage", Padmasri KB Sundarambal, she was noted for her Unique, Resonant & Golden Voice and I am sure you can notice the devotional fervor in her singing. Om Namah Shivaya, Om Namah Shivaya ....
Extra Bite: It is told that she has come up singing in trains for a living and went on to become the first film personality to enter the legislature assembly.
